Deloitte Occupational Analysis Specialist with TS/SCI Polygraph - Chantilly, VA in McLean, Virginia

Work you'll do

  • Assist Workforce Shaping and Development team in accelerating occupational analysis activities

  • Duties include providing job analysis, position classification, FLSA review, promotion criteria assessment, and competency alignment

  • Other duties may include facilitating focus groups, collecting qualitative information within focus group sessions, engaging with customers to determine accurate information, updating job related information within applicable system

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 4+ years of government consulting experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of years of Training, Program and Project Management experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • SAFe Agile certification highly preferred
