Marketing Manager Product Marketing (Technology Products & B2B Software) Deloitte Consulting

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to play in this role.

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our newly launched Hybrid Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). The COE works across Deloitte s range of businesses (i.e., Green Dot) and offering portfolios to guide business leaders on a hybrid marketing strategy which is a strategy inclusive of both new technology products and existing services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology product or software marketing (preferred) and/or B2Bprofessional services marketing, with the ability to drive and manage the overarching hybrid marketing strategy and messaging for the firm.

This role requires experience marketing technology products.

What you ll do

You will work closely with marketing leadership to coordinate marketing efforts in support of Deloitte Hybrid by helping to:

  • Define, coordinate, and connect the dots on consistent hybrid positioning and messaging across the firm internally and externally

  • Build, execute, and provide oversight of hybrid marketing processes for product naming, branding, messaging, marketing collateral development, lead generation and nurturing, and marketing campaign strategy and execution

  • Develop strategy for and execute end-to-end, multi-pronged hybrid marketing campaigns for priority offerings

  • Capture results and conduct metrics and ROI analysis to assess success and inform campaign development

  • Build relationships and collaborate cross-firm with other marketing teams, sales enablement, marketplace partnerships, and leaders of Hybrid businesses

Other responsibilities include:

  • Innovation Bring innovative thinking and leading practices to all marketing activities; ability to both think big and execute

  • Project Management Possess proactive and strong organization skills to drive development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with our Green Dot Agency

  • Writing Comfort with drafting a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to messaging, internal communications, sales materials, etc.

  • Thoughtware execution and commercialization Manage and facilitate creation, editing, design, internal and external announcements, web postings, etc. of thought leadership content

  • Social and digital media Create and implement social and digital plans for campaigns and activations

  • Event support - Can include planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials, and on-site assistance to create a compelling client experience

  • Internal communications Coordinate with Internal Communications around development of communication campaigns for a wide range of audiences

  • PR Collaborate with PR team to drive media relations and media coverage when applicable

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in marketing technology products or B2B software is required for this role

  • 7 years of relevant corporate B2B marketing experience.

  • Experience marketing B2B software or technology products required; experience marketing professional services is also preferred

  • Bachelor s degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field

  • Familiarity with Cloud, AI, and Cyber technologies are a plus

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

  • An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically

  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

  • Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus

  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity

  • Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness

  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint are a plus)

  • Proficiency in Workfront a plus

  • Travel up to 15% (While up to 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
