Marketing Lead Specialist: Finance Transformation

The ideal candidate will have prior marketing experience in the B2B technology product and/or B2B professional services industry, and the ability to drive and manage a variety of robust marketing programs for finance, technology and business process offerings. Work You'll Do:
In this role, you'll work closely with the Finance Transformation Consulting Marketing team on the strategy, planning and execution of best-in-class, integrated marketing and communications campaigns that enhance our Finance Transformation brand in the market and illustrate the breadth and depth of our finance expertise serving CFOs and finance executives. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic marketing planning & execution - Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and tactics to support the goals and objectives of Deloitte's Finance Transformation solutions
Build and enhance awareness of Deloitte's finance transformation capabilities and build our brand as trusted advisors to the CFO leveraging the full spectrum of our finance capabilities across Deloitte organization
Provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of Finance Transformation's growth agenda, including driving 'down-funnel' engagement and lead generation for the Sales team, through targeted demand generation campaigns
Collaborate across multiple teams including the business leaders, internal and external communications, analyst relations, alliances and Deloitte's in-house Green Dot Agency
Engage our internal agency on the successful execution of campaigns, and help oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
Manage external agency relationships to execute specialized projects
Use a data driven approach to assess campaign success, developing & tracking KPIs, and optimize future campaign tactics
Bring innovative thinking and leading marketing practices to all marketing activities
Required Qualifications:
5-8+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on business marketing strategy and planning
Understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
Polished executive presence and professional client service manner
Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and interact with all levels of management
Flexibility, adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related business field
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
