The Client Excellence (CE) team is seeking a Strategic Program Lead who will be responsible for driving the day-to-day program design activities and operations for a set of specific initiatives. The work includes planning and executing multiple initiatives, from strategy development and design through implementation and communications. Examples of projects include strategic work related to our client portfolio, new account leader onboarding, account leader community meetings and programs, and other Consulting/Commercial priority initiatives that impact the account leader community.
Work you'll do
Strategic Design of new Programs and Initiatives: Work with directly with the Consulting CE National Leader, Chief of Staff, and team on development of strategic programs that support the Consulting Commercial Office and CE priorities
Program Management: Lead and manage the various initiatives that engage our client portfolio and/or the account leader community. In many cases, you will independently lead tasks that require coordination across several organizations, both internal and external
Implementation and Communication: Execute plans for priority projects
Partner/Managing Director Engagement: Team with and support account leaders who own specific CE initiatives. This may include leading and working collaboratively with sub-teams assigned by the account leader. Enable and support the broader account leader community.
Collaborate Cross-Organization: Work with teams and experts across many aspects of the Firm - including cross Industry, Offering, Commercial, cross-business and globally - as well as potentially externally
Consulting Client Excellence is an internal organization within the Consulting Commercial Office. Client Excellence is committed to developing our client strategy, portfolio priorities and enabling the growth of our most important clients, while developing and empowering our account leaders to build and lead these accounts.
The team member will be aligned to the Consulting Professional National Office, comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Consulting's overall success. Whether focused on project financials, quality and risk management, methods and tools, sales excellence, talent, leadership support, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently and that our people can effectively serve clients every day. Our Operating Model formalizes these functions so that we can continue to enhance their quality while providing our professionals a consistent talent experience and opportunities for growth.
You have 3+ years relevant experience in internal / external client service or internal roles
You have experience leading strategic projects with strong ability to manage and drive projects to completion and results
You have experience with creating effective and impactful communications
You are proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Experience creating and implementing training, learning and development programs
Comfortable with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capabilities
Proven track record engaging with and coordinating senior level constituents
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $163,000.
