Deloitte Income Maintenance Delivery Analyst in Madison, Wisconsin

Work you'll do

  • Develop, implement and evaluate efficient and effective Income Maintenance (IM) training programs for IM eligibility staff.

  • Assist in the development, implementation and analysis of training needs, assessments, curriculum and surveys.

  • Creating, editing, delivering and publishing professional trainings as requested.

  • Drafting, designing, updating and delivering trainings for new IM eligibility staff as well as experienced IM staff for both virtual, computer based and in-person training delivery.

  • Assist with the transition into the new training model by working within various focus areas including delivering virtual or in person training, curriculum development and design, instructional design work, developing refresher trainings for experienced workers, and applying new policy and processes.

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.



  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 1 year of experience supporting projects related to New Worker Orientation, Prerequisites, Client Registration, BadgerCare Plus, FoodShare, EBD Medicaid, Caretaker Supplement, and/or Ongoing Case Maintenance Basics/Advanced concepts

  • 1 year of experience supporting government or C-suite level clients

  • 1 year of experience leading workshops, trainings, or directing junior staff and peers

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role


  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, SnagIt, MS PowerPoint and a general working knowledge of various learning platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, etc.

  • Ability to present complex concepts, policies and processes, to large groups of people with widely varying levels of expertise, in a way that maximizes comprehension and retention of the material.
