Today, a Service Provider and a Service Recipient could be a human or a machine providing services to each other.
In this context, Service Modernization refers to a comprehensive suite of AI use cases that enable enterprises to serve and service its customers across various touchpoints by:
Having an acute understanding of each customer's service profile
Delivering superior service experiences proactively, preemptively and on-demand with an appreciation of the context, persona, and journey
Using machine learning algorithms to optimize and automate an enterprise's service operation
Employing current and emerging technologies such as connected things, AR/VR, NLP for effective customer engagement. Role Works with Functional Architect and Business Requirements Analyst to deliver a technical solution architecture that will eventually be implemented. Also, works with other Technical, Data Architects and the 3 rd party development partner, for viability determination. Responsibilities
Build a solution architecture and solution framework by working with the Functional Architect to create an optimized solution
Performs analysis of external components from third party companies for their fitment and integration into the overall solution landscape
Conducts analysis of cloud components for designing the solution in a cost-effective way utilizing tools from cloud as and when required
Creates a framework working with the Data Architect for data flow
Works in close collaboration with the Data Scientist for AI/ML requirements
12-15 years of experience in an Architect role, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
Deep expertise in building and designing large-scale data-driven applications
Proficiency in cloud components (like Azure, GCP and OCI)
Experience in building application that involve analytics, data analysis systems and AI/ML solutions
Proficiency in any programming languages, like Python, C/C++, Java
Proficiency in database technologies, especially SQL/NoSQL, as well as PostGress, Cassandra, Bigtable and Cosmos DB
Proficiency in Hadoop-based analytic components, such as HBase, Hive, Pig, MapReduce
Proficiency in open-source big data components such as Spark, Kafka, etc.
Experience in working with operating systems, especially Linux
Proficiency in data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
Proficiency in any of the cloud services: Azure and/or OCI
Knowledge of Stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
Hands on experience to create and test various POC/POT is a must
Knowledge of business domains (Retail, Banking, and Healthcare) is a plus
