Work you'll do
Support clients with data protection, IoT, and overarching cloud capabilities
Implement technical capabilities, including IAM solutions and application integrations, to enhance enterprise security risk posture
Apply available and emerging technologies to translate system requirements into web-based solutions
Support a range of architecture, development, and IAM implementation activities
Design, develop and implement solutions to security requirements
Develop and support security application using COTS IAM technologies
Assist with the development and management of the project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conform to the requirements of the contract
Support the independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process, and recommend methods to optimize the organization's process
Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Develop and implement procedures, process definition, training, and audits for assuring quality in an IAM development environment

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including requirements, design, implementation, deployment, and operations and maintenance in the Federal and commercial sector
8+ years of experience in security architecture engineering and design, security strategy, regulatory compliance, and security processes and procedures.
8+ years of experience implementing Access Certifications, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Identify Lifecycle Management, Role Lifecycle Management, and customer-focused IAM implementations
IAM Technology Certification such as OKTA certified
This position is remote but some travel up to 15% may be required
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project Plan, Access, and SharePoint, and experience with tools such as JIRA
Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, HTML, and CSS, and experience in hands-on development, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations
Experience carrying out advanced application integration with the IAM solution and dealing with advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows), single sign-on, and PKI concepts
Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $84,910 to $190,450.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
