Positionsummary

Weprovide guidance to organizations undergoing large-scale transformations;whether they are implementing new technology, redesigning their HR function, orsimply changing the way they work. In Kentucky, there is a significant changeoccurring in Health Care. As policy shifts and Integrated Eligibility Systemstake shape, insurers and the Commonwealth must adapt and create new processes. Asa dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will workdirectly with our clients to help align talent and human resources strategieswith broader business objectives.

Work you ll do

Our work goes beyond HR and touches every part of an organization, includingFinance, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, as well as other disciplines. In Deloitte sHuman Capital practice, you will leverage research, analytics and industryinsights to help design and execute critical technology adoption andorganizational change management. Taking advantage of enabling technologies,employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning, and analytics, you canhelp steer our clients to realize their full potential. You might work with ourclients in a number of ways including: development of training and deliverymodels, stakeholder management, or implementation of training communications.

The team

Our Project Delivery Analysts work closely with clients around the world todevelop human capital-centered solutions to the most complex businesschallenges. Our team leads organizations through large-scale transformationsand service delivery models.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor sor Master s degree in related field of study (such as business, management,human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, economics, finance, socialsciences or liberal arts)

  • Strongacademic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

  • Proficiencyin word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well asInternet research tools

  • Excellentcommunication skills

  • Willingnessto travel across the state of Kentucky and be based in Frankfort, KY

  • Must be legally authorized to work inthe United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any timein the future and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
