Work you ll do
As a Workforce Management Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Own your plate to exceed expectations and produce deliverables meeting project deadlines
Proactively raise issues and recommend viable solutions
Freely share knowledge and expertise with peers and colleagues to enable growth and development for all

Payroll & Workforce Management Solutions

2 years of related experience
Consulting experience required
Superior knowledge of the HR function & processes
Experience with workforce software such as Workbrain, Workforce Software, Kronos, ADP eTime, or Ceridian suite of time and attendance software and system infrastructure
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Management, labor cost optimization, payroll tracking, workforce analytics, interfaces using WIM
Participate in the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
Experience with requirements gathering workshops and facilitating meetings
Experience participating in the vendor selection process (client and supplier sides) including RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating
products and services
Travel up to 80 (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
