Work you'll do
As a Workday Reporting & Analytics Senior Consultant in our HCAS AMS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Lead Reporting and Analytics Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
Advise clients on reporting verses analytics and how to move through their journey.
Assist clients in designing and building operational and advanced reports and dashboards.
Lead reporting and analytics workstreams for clients across industries.
Lead report rationalization efforts to create a report catalog, data definitions, and administrator dashboards.
Lead report optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday reporting and analytics solutions.
Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of Reporting and Analytics
Maintain and advance your knowledge of Workday Reporting & Analytics product capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
Demonstrate your ability to develop complex calculated fields and troubleshoot report and performance issues.
Understand and troubleshoot security issues.
Interact with client subject matter experts to ensure optimal use and return on investment.
Support and lead colleagues to deliver the highest quality service to our clients and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
Serve as a mentor to junior staff

Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
We are hiring across all levels. After initial conversations with our team, we will be able to discuss the right level with you.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday Advanced Reporting, BIRT or Adaptive Planning
Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system
Minimum 2 years of experience with Data Analytics Tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar
Minimum of 2 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
Minimum of 4 years of advanced Excel experience including standard functions (e.g., VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and macros
Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Active Workday Certification(s); ideally Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
