Who You Are

You're perfect for this role if you're a blend of strategist, storytelling, researcher, and problem solver. You know that great content not only solves problems, but also drives businesses to succeed.

You believe content strategy must be embedded into strategy, marketing, user experience, technology, and creative - and enjoy playing the role of connector between all of these disciplines. You can make sense of any mess, and like organizing ideas and processes.

You have a strong point of view on content and can articulate it both internally and with clients to be a champion of the discipline, and a true expert. You like building businesses, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have experience leading teams to measurable results.

Note: This role is not social media management, copywriting, or editorial writing. (But if you're looking for those types of jobs, we might have them, too: best way to find them is our website.)

  • Leverage user research to identify content needs and gaps across stages of the user journey

    • Define and maintain standards for content governance in terms of quality, relevance, consistency, and uniqueness
  • Present content strategy methods, recommendations, thought leadership and rationale to peers, team members, clients, and Deloitte leadership

  • Advocate for and advance the Content Strategy practice at Deloitte Digital
