Work You ll Do

SENIOR CONSULTANT, CORE BUSINESS OPERATIONS, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING: DESIGNING, IMPLEMENTING, AND OPERATING SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOM-DEVELOPED

SYSTEMS, PLATFORM INTEGRATION, AND APPLICATION MODERNIZATION TO ENABLE CORE BUSINESS CAPABILITIES. SYNTHESIZING OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY

BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS

BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT

OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING

CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATING IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS, SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION,

TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, ESCALATIONS AND URGENT ISSUES. EVALUATING CLIENTS' TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED

APPLICATIONS AND DRAFT TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS,

DESIGNING, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. PERFORMING DATABASE VALIDATIONS

ON INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DATABASE (IMS DB), SQL AND ORACLE DATABASE TO IDENTIFY DATA INCONSISTENCIES AND ENSURE DATA INTEGRITY.

PARTICIPATING IN REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS, TEST DESIGN, TEST EXECUTION, TEST RESULT REPORTING AND TEST CLOSURE ACTIVITIES. CREATING, EXECUTING AND

UPDATING TEST CASES USING JIRA AND HP QUALITY CENTER. DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING TEST PLAN AND TEST STRATEGIES FOR COMPLEX REQUIREMENTS.

PREPARING TEST ESTIMATES AND TEST SCHEDULES FOR RELEASE. MONITORING AND CONTROLLING TEST SCHEDULES AND DELIVERABLES TO ADDRESS ANY RISKS.

PERFORMING TEST EXECUTION DURING VARIOUS PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) TO FIND AND LOG DEFECTS. PARTICIPATING IN

DEFECT REVIEW MEETINGS TO ASSESS AND REPRIORITIZE THE DEFECTS AND REQUIREMENTS BASED ON THEIR BUSINESS IMPACT. WORKING ON KNOWLEDGE

TRANSFER SESSIONS, STATUS CALLS AND DEFECT MANAGEMENT CALLS WITH OFFSHORE AND ONSITE PROJECT TEAMS. PROVIDING TEST EXECUTION RESULT

WALKTHROUGHS TO BUSINESS AND STAKEHOLDERS FOR FEEDBACK AND APPROVAL. CONDUCTING RETROSPECTION SESSIONS WITH CLIENT POST-PRODUCTION

IMPLEMENTATIONS TO REVIEW PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND IDENTIFY IMPROVEMENT AREAS.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN

THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH: PERFORMING DATABASE VALIDATIONS ON

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DATABASE (IMS DB), SQL AND ORACLE DATABASE TO IDENTIFY DATA INCONSISTENCIES AND ENSURE DATA INTEGRITY;
