Job Title: Partner Matters Specialist
Function/Talent: Talent/Partner Matters
The Specialist supporting the Partner Matters Admissions team will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the internal Partner, Principal, and Managing Director (PPMD) admissions process, and maintaining and supporting the Admissions Promotion Tool (APT).
Support the Admissions process and maintain APT, provide support to business/channel process champions with technology questions and work with outside vendor to troubleshoot issues. Maintain and upload status reports.
Perform complex data analysis and produce regular status reports and presentations for Partner Matters leadership.
Create, update and maintain various admissions presentations, reports and other deliverables for the Board of Directors, Inclusion, and Partner Matters leadership.
Work with various teams across the Firm (Talent, Independence, Immigration, Background Investigations, etc.) to coordinate the national due diligence processes and evaluate and resolve issues. Includes regular contact and tracking with team leads to evaluate results and ensure due diligence is completed in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute Partner Matters Admissions communications using branding templates and working with subject matter experts to coordinate information updates.
Assist with data requests from within the organization. This includes researching the data request/need for data, obtaining the approval from appropriate constituents, and compiling information that is responsive to the request
Create and distribute Partnership Agreements and Managing Director Agreements for all newly admitted/promoted internal PPMDs.
Work with the business/channel process champions and Knowledge Management to coordinate and maintain the information on the Partner/Managing Director Admissions Site on DeloitteNet.
Update and maintain key admissions process documents.
Provide general support to business/channel process champions.
Assist in annual process planning and timeline and contribute to process improvements.
Preserve historical process documents and track admissions process issues on team SharePoint site.
