Marketing Manager – Deloitte Consulting High-Growth Businesses

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to play in this role.

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our Consulting Marketing team working across Deloitte Consulting’s range of businesses, including emerging service areas such as Smart Factory @ Wichita. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology product or software marketing (preferred) and/or B2B professional services marketing, with the ability to drive and manage the overarching Smart Factory transformational manufacturing marketing strategy and messaging for the firm.

What you’ll do:

You will work closely with marketing leadership to coordinate efforts in support of Consulting high-growth businesses by helping to:

  • Define, coordinate, and connect the dots on consistent positioning and messaging across the firm internally and externally

  • Build, execute, and provide oversight of messaging, marketing collateral development, lead generation and nurturing, and marketing campaign strategy and execution

  • Develop strategy for and execute end-to-end, multi-pronged marketing campaigns for priority offerings

  • Capture results and conduct metrics and ROI analysis to assess success and inform campaign development

  • Build relationships and collaborate cross-firm with other marketing teams, sales enablement, marketplace partnerships, and leaders of high-growth businesses

Other responsibilities:

  • Innovation – Bring innovative thinking and leading practices to all marketing activities; ability to both think big and execute

  • Project Management – Possess proactive and strong organization skills to drive development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with our in-house Green Dot Agency

  • Writing – Comfort with drafting a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to messaging, internal communications, sales materials, etc.

  • Thoughtware execution and commercialization – Manage and facilitate creation, editing, design, internal and external announcements, web postings, etc., of thought leadership content

  • Social and digital media – Create and implement social and digital plans for campaigns and activations

  • Event support - Can include planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials, and on-site assistance to create a compelling client experience

  • Internal communications – Coordinate with Internal Communications around development of communication campaigns for a wide range of audiences

  • PR – Collaborate with PR team to drive media relations and media coverage when applicable
