Senior Consultant - Infor
Infor Senior Consultant at Deloitte will help clients across different industries implement Infor technology. The Senior Consultant/Specialist Senior will help our clients with business processes transformation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work you will do
Our work mainly supports finance, manufacturing, and supply chain transformations where the Infor software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction. However, our engagements are about more than implementing technology we work to generate sustainable business outcomes for our clients.
4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
2+ years of experience leading work streams or small teams
Experience on project implementations as a senior team member or team lead
Experience in the full life cycle implementation of Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
Proficiency in multiple business processes including by not limited to:
General Ledger (GL)
Fixed Asset Management (FA)
Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Willingness to mentor junior staff
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
INFOR certification or the desire to become INFOR certified
Experience implementing full life cycle Infor CloudSuite or equivalent ERP implementation; Financials or Infor Supply Chain or LN, M3 or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
