As a HR Technology & Transformation Analyst you will help optimize the value of their investments in HR technology through the selection, design, & implementation of HR solutions & digital applications . You will also build HR technology blueprints & roadmaps that set clients on a clear path to success
Our practitioners will be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certain areas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market. We are committed to continuously supporting our practitioners as they build skills in either one specific part of our business or across the business our Portfolio is structured to facilitate this learning. Our people will have the ability to capitalize on some of the biggest trends happening today and support organizations working to leverage their greatest asset: their people. We will continue to help our people deliver world-class services, innovate on new solutions and products, and prepare them to address our clients most difficult challenges in the market.
Bachelor s Degree completed by Fall 2020 in these or related areas of study
Management Information Systems
Human Resource Systems
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)
Ability to travel 80-100%
