Work you ll do
Tweak for specific needs:
Assist client engagement teams with recurring projects
Use internal technology to update/maintain client records and prepare reports
Interact with clients via e-mail and telephone regarding routine inquiries
Coordinate services with Deloitte offices globally
Complete new client acceptance processes, including engagement letter preparation and inter-firm work referral forms
Provide support for the individual tax return compliance process
Coordinate client meetings
Assist engagement teams with the client satisfaction process
Input specific FSS information.
Tweak for specific needs:
Experience with accounting, finance, economics, and/or basic legal principles preferred
Demonstrated research, documentation, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
Experience in a professional services firm preferred
