Digital Reality - Manager

Digital Reality Manager, NY/LA/SEA/DEN

You'll play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to manage teams that architect interactive, immersive and engaging solutions for clients. Working with engineering and design teams, you'll be responsible for expanding the presence of Deloitte into new markets, help clients develop an understanding for DxR technologies, and deliver high quality and high impact projects for our existing and future clients. You should be prepared to collaborate with teammates and help your team mates grow while frequently contribute to client facing activities such as project management, business and strategy development.


The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for innovation and helping companies on their transformation journey using not only DxR technologies but also enabling technologies such as 5G, computer vision and IoT. As a Manager you should have a broad vision into the various ways that Deloitte can leverage Digital Reality to help clients with their business goals and ambitions. To develop the concepts for clients and lead the resulting projects, the DxR Manager should have deep intellectual curiosity, possess strong project management skills, and experience in developing DxR Projects. Candidates should also be energized by continuous personal improvement, proactively seeking out new updates from the industry, new skills and perspectives to share with their teams, exhibiting openness to coaching from senior colleagues, and contributing to the development of junior staff.

The candidate will work with internal Deloitte account teams, various Alliance partners, emerging start-up organizations and heavily with clients to conceptualize, develop and deliver DxR projects that leverage existing Deloitte assets as well as existing and/or emerging solutions from our partners.


  • 7+ years of work experience in Digital Reality (AR, VR, MR) and/or a related field (education, professional training, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience developing and managing enterprise focused DxR experiences that have successfully moved beyond the Pilot & PoC Phases

  • Stellar project management skills. Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines. Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team and cross-functional finesse

  • Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, timelines, managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalate

  • Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels, and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds

  • Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum & Kanban


  • Certified ScrumMaster or Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus

  • Experience with a wide variety of technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

  • Experience managing developers and executing agile ceremonies

  • Experience with client workshops

  • Experience with developing Statements of Work
