We are seeking a Digital Strategist (Studio Staff) that is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it – influencing the entire marketing ecosystem. Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Work you’ll do
The Digital Strategist will work directly with creative, programmatic media, social media and account management teams, helping to lead day-to-day digital planning. We’re looking for someone who can deliver data-driven, smart, inspiring strategies and champion terrific creative in a fast-paced, yet laid-back environment. In your role, you will:
In this role, you will:
Serve as the connective point strategist between programmatic media and DCO creative teams
Write dynamic data-driven creative briefs and guide teams on content and asset creation
Assist in developing persona and consumer mapping journeys across digital channels
Positioned as the go-to expert on 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data and knowledgeable on how to leverage various data sets for media and creative needs
Bring fresh ideas on the ever- evolving media landscape
Assist with qualitative and quantitative research
Contribute to new business pitches
Function as a team player with regard to agency and client relations, working closely with creative, account and media team to bring the best ideas to life
Qualifications:
Required – What you bring
Media planning or digital strategy experience required– programmatic experience preferred
Fluent in 1st and 3rd party data and knowledgeable on leveraging for creative and media needs
Brief-writing skills (available portfolio will be reviewed)
2-3 years of media planning or digital strategy experience at a media, performance or digital agency
Experienced with established qualitative and quantitative research techniques
Compelling presentation skills
Enthusiastic about working in agile, dynamic, fast-faced environment across different business verticals
Must be Mac proficient and well versed in Office Suite and Keynote
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Self-starter with a willingness to roll up sleeves for work responsibilities
