Work Youll Do

The role of the Strategic Projects team within Deloitte Consultings Commercial Team is to support the teams key strategic priorities, special projects, leadership meetings, and COE operations. You will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Chief of Staff to deliver programs that are in service of driving profitable growth of the Consulting practice. This will entail engagement with key Consulting leadership and engagement with Offering Portfolio and Industry networks to drive strategic change.

  • Support strategy efforts by driving execution of cross-commercial strategic priorities such as Commercial Insights (using AI and analytics applied to sales and marketing data to generate insights), Sales & Marketing campaigns (leveraging full Commercial support for top priority campaigns), and Sales Capability building across the organization

  • Collaborate with Commercial Team leaders to activate priority projects through a series of sprints " at times, supporting multiple efforts at once

  • Provide inputs to status updates and project readouts for leadership meetings

  • Execute implementation plans for priority projects including strategic change and comms approaches (with support from Change & Comms Team)
