We are seeking a Health Plan Analytics Senior Consultant for the ConvergeHEALTH Miner product suite. ConvergeHEALTH Miner products help life science companies support their evidence strategies by providing enterprise data management and analytics capabilities for information generated throughout the evidence lifecycle, including clinical trials, claims, EMR, and business process data.

Work You ll Do:

Client facilitation Support clients to test feasibility of analytics through our solution. Working with our clients to communicate requirements, ensure their understanding (from both a business and technology standpoint), and act as a primary point of contact during solution implementation and operation.

Critical thinking and problem solving identifying, investigating, and resolving issues and irregularities in product/system performance through both implementation and testing phases of a project

Executive communication Preparing deliverables, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and/or firm leadership

Eminence support participating in conferences through booth demonstrations, presentations, and panels

Client training conducting on-site training of client end users following application go-live, as well as subsequent version releasetrainings

Client relationship development establishing relationships with key client end users to help drive further adoption of the application throughout and at all levels of theirorganization

Insight development using knowledge of health plan business needs and data infrastructure to help clients draw insights from their data and turn data into actionablechange

Product development input leverage industry insights to liaise with our product development team to communicate potential application enhancements for future releases that have been identified through conversations with both internal and externalclients

The Team

As part of the Expert Services team, you will be working with subscription clients (health plans) and Deloitte project teams to implement ConvergeHEALTH solutions at client organizations. You will help clients ramp up on the solution through on-site and virtual trainings, deliver analytics/insights to client organizations, and promote the continued adoption of ConvergeHEALTH Solutions. You will straddle the fence between business and technology, using analytical expertise and healthcare domain knowledge to solve real world healthcare business problems.

Qualifications:

A BA/BS degree from a top institution in information systems/informatics, healthcare administration, or other relevant focusareas

4-7 years experience in an Analytics and/or Data Science group of a commercial health plan

Strong ability to understand data requirements, data flow, and analytic requirements needed to deliver on health plans business strategy

Experience with coordinating internal and external stakeholders during the planning, management and delivery of technologyprojects

Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills, and the ability to identify and model use cases relevant to client needs

The ability to develop and foster strong working relationships with internal and external clients in a virtual setting

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including MicrosoftPowerPoint

Strong self and audience awareness when interacting with internal and externalstakeholders

A willingness to travel up to70%

Preferred Qualifications:

A master s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, health informatics, information systems, or a relatedfield

Working knowledge/familiarity and interest in relational database management systems,SQL, business intelligence platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau), or other advanced analyticaltools

Hands-on experience with healthcare data (e.g., EDI, bills, claims), health plan revenue cycle concepts, and a general interest in the healthcareindustry
