Work You ll Do

Engaging in research and analysis to derive insight on needs of diverse customers to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration and growth in specific targeted geographies. Conducting customer segmentation. Identifying and addressing unique needs and challenges of different customer segments to perform targeted data collection and analytics that result in solutions for clients, including differential targeted strategies by geography. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Analyzing digital platforms and their ability to engage users from different demographics, as well as the risk potential for negative user experience. Utilizing critical and analytical thinking skills to assist in determining the requirements of client projects and programs by defining, analyzing and managing data sets to meet client needs and expectations. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirm these with client leadership. Providing guidance and direction to corporate clients on product engagement of diverse consumers - providing analytical insight into needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Developing value enhancing strategies to drive increased business effectiveness, improved technology utilization and enhanced positioning to address marketplace forces. Developing enterprise-level customer solution strategies by developing customer journey maps, creating tailored current state capability assessments, identifying technology and data gaps and conducting future-state workshops. Developing future-state technology architecture by understanding data flows and integrations. Constructing detailed customer transformation plans by conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering technical and functional requirements, developing requirements backlogs, prioritizing rollouts based on limitations and operational model observations and building traceability matrices. Executing comprehensive financial analyses that detail costs, benefits and estimated payback periods and returns of current and planned business and technology customer solutions initiatives, programs and projects. Evaluating and analyzing existing solution effectiveness, platforms and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals. Providing recommendations aligned to corporate goals and market trends by interviewing client stakeholders, hosting client workshops, creating executive presentations of competitive landscapes and detailed vendor evaluations. Designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering (any), IT, CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • One year of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Developing value enhancing strategies to drive increased business effectiveness, improved technology utilization and enhanced positioning to address marketplace forces;

  • Developing enterprise-level customer solution strategies by developing customer journey maps, creating tailored current state capability assessments, identifying technology and data gaps and conducting future-state workshops;

  • Developing future-state technology architecture by understanding data flows and integrations;

  • Constructing detailed customer transformation plans by conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering technical and functional requirements, developing requirements backlogs, prioritizing rollouts based on limitations and operational model observations and building traceability matrices;
