Deloitte CIS Business Technology Analyst in Los Angeles, California

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Optimize business processes to drive efficiency for stakeholders
Provide product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for industry-specific technology (e.g. EPIC, Salesforce, Guidewire)
Work with application end users to design and build the assigned industry-technology system in a timely and professional manner
Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for assigned industry-specific technology
Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and perform unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assigned
Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
Create and maintain regular status reports and provide verbal and written status to project managers and project leadership, as required
Coordinate with the offshore teams for continuity of build and support

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution
Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
Familiarity serving as aproject leader, liaising withmultiple stakeholders
Demonstrated passion formentorship and supportingteammates
Commitment to learning including technical skills, core consulting skills, and specific industries (Insurance, Banking, Healthcare)
Superior customer service abilities and communication skills including comfort with verbal presentations to large audiences, concise written summaries of complex scenarios, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Miro, other).
The ability to work remote ly

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
Strong project management experience or understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
