Work you'll do
This role gives the candidate a unique opportunity to learn about each Advisory Executive Program's offering portfolio and work directly with Deloitte leaders and Advisory PPMDs to execute key initiatives that drive each offering portfolio. The candidate will engage across the four Advisory Executive Programs listed above with a focus on the Chief Legal Officer ("CLO") Program.
The U.S. CLO Program is a strategic growth platform for Deloitte to execute its vision "to be recognized as the pre-eminent advisor to the CLO." The CLO Program aims to enhance Deloitte's CLO market position by focusing on the specific challenges, needs and demands CLOs face, and equipping our Deloitte colleagues to build and sustain meaningful relationships with CLOs and senior legal, legal operations and compliance executives of key and target clients. The CLO Program accomplishes this through an outstanding portfolio of initiatives and offerings, training curriculum, points of view, market information and service solutions.
This Manager will be responsible for leading the Next Generation CLO Academy and AEP Alumni Sustainment efforts. The Manager will have opportunities to work directly with clients and senior leaders in our firm to support the CLO Program Academy and the AEP Alumni agenda. The Manager will also collaborate with other CXO Academy and alumni teams throughout the firm.
Next Generation CLO Academy
Lead the strategy, content development, and operations for the Academy
Drive innovation and process improvement
Collaborate and coordinate with the Academy Dean and PPMDs
Identify and engage external plenary speakers
Manage the support staff to oversees the logistics, event execution and operations
Deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience
Strategize and execute on post-Academy engagement with clients and account teams
Manage and monitor Academy budget and expense
Collaborate with other CXO Academy teams by sharing and receiving best practices
Alumni Sustainment
Develop an overall AEP Alumni strategy
Enhance the CLO Program Alumni sustainment strategy
Align and collaborate with Executive Accelerators ("XA") Alumni Sustainment team
Coordinate delivery of webcasts and post-Academy breakout sessions to Academy alumni cohort
Develop and deliver the Alumni Academy (Academy II)
Develop content, work plan, budget
Coordinate content development with external facilitators
Coordinate space requirements and logistical needs with DU leaders
Identify and engage external plenary speakers
Manage support staff to oversee the logistics, event execution and operations
Deliver a high-quality client experience
The team
Advisory Executive Programs sits within Deloitte Advisory's Commercial Office, whose mission is to strengthen Risk and Financial Advisory's brand position and commercial success. Advisory Executive Programs supports our LCSPs, LBPs, and account teams in helping key client leaders, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges.

Project-based performance snapshots
Actively identify and initiate process improvement opportunities for Advisory Executive Programs
Contribute to design thinking and the client experience
Be a participating member of ACA team through contribution and communication
Model project management, teaming skills, and communication skills
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on strong PowerPoint skills and MS Teams
Video-conferencing platforms, such as Zoom
Curiosity and drive to learn and leverage new technologies and tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been deferred until further notice)
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
Experience working with executive leaders
Knowledge of adult learning fundamentals and conference curriculum design
Strong executive presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills
Thrives in fast-paced, detail oriented and fluid environment
