Deloitte GPS Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) Program Management Office (PMO) Lead Specialist in Little Rock, Arkansas

The PMO Lead Specialist supports and contributes to specific activities and operations of the AAS team. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, provide excellent customer service, possess a high degree of self-confidence and executive presence, exercise discretion and diplomacy in all interactions, proactively anticipate and manage challenges, manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize appropriately, work efficiently, and remain flexible to changes in schedule and work hours. Work you'll do

As a PMO Lead Specialist, you will have responsibility supporting a team that delivers across the highest priority efforts in our Sales Excellence organization. This position is characterized by shifting priorities over multiple, concurrent projects, and communicating with all levels of leadership. As a PMO Lead Specialist you will:

  • Serves as a subject matter advisor in the implementation and ongoing efforts of the AAS team. Directly delivers and administers specific AAS business office services.

  • Directly delivers exceptional administrative support services in a virtual and in-person team-based environment, adapt methods and behaviors to engage and accommodate client styles and preferences effectively.

  • Assists in the development of program objectives, policies, and procedures.

  • Conducts analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of current or proposed AAS business office activities.

  • Recommends, implements, and monitors changes in work processes to ensure performance outcomes are achieved by measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of AAS operations. Prepares various reports on outcomes and progress.

  • Participates in special projects related to AAS activities.

  • Establishes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with AAS strategies and objectives.

  • Responsible and accountable for managing work and projects, demonstrating management and leadership abilities to maintain momentum and move work forward intuitively

  • Accurately and proactively assess requirements for each project/request, communicating effectively with requestors addressing questions or issues promptly and professionally

  • Compose and edit documents and collaborate with AAS team members for presentations and proposals according to Deloitte brand standards

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate meetings to accommodate AAS team schedules, demonstrating exception judgement to adjust and flex hours and address request with urgency

  • Promote a teaming culture with shared goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths and specialized skills to help deliver a high-performing team

  • Gain and apply knowledge of Deloitte's policy and procedures, including brand standards, to offer subject matter expertise to the collective AAS team

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver with consistent quality

  • Provide accurate and timely communications regarding project status and recommended actions to close gaps

  • Ensure quality and responsiveness of all work

  • Provide document management and controls

  • Performs other duties as assigned, such as:

  • This position will serve a dual role as a PMO Specialist and as a Pursuit Coordinator (as necessary)

  • Support activity for Mega/Top Deal pursuit strategies for the go-to-market team

  • Manage requests for third-party support on prioritized efforts, understanding pursuit needs and vendor capabilities.

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of capture and pursuit tools, templates, and guidance

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver with consistent quality.

  • Provide document management and controls.

  • Work closely with the team to track status and maintain schedules.

  • Effectively use procedures, tools, and templates

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Business, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 6 years related experience

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy in all communications

  • Experience managing concurrent demands and workload effectively, demonstrating effective time management by prioritizing task and meeting deadlines

  • Detail-oriented and quality conscious

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent program/project management skills

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically

Preferred:

  • Project Management Certifications

  • Ability to navigate gray areas, anticipate problems, formulate solutions, and act accordingly

  • Experience with the Federal proposal development lifecycle

  • Proficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS and Adobe Acrobat

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
