Deloitte COOP Manager- Top Secret - ONSITE in Las Vegas, Nevada

Work you will do:

  • Manages and advises on the development of DR/COOP plans and confirming compliance with requirements and the current Federal Continuity Directive 1

  • Coordinates Disaster Recovery efforts across all integrated service providers, including data, backups, storage management and contingency operations, and scheduled Disaster Recovery testing

  • Initiates the DR plan in the event of a Vendor DR situation and notify per DR policies and procedures

  • Coordinates with Vendor DR situation per DR policies and proceduresDevelops and maintains Disaster Recovery Reports

  • Oversees all DR/COOP staff

  • Establish and monitors emergency management and Continuity of Operations plans and programs tailored to meet specific BPA needs for a number of locations and a variety of program situations and special circumstances

  • Plan for significantly new or far-reaching emergency management and COOP program requirements that may have region-wide implications

  • Recommend methods for enhancing the efficiency of emergency management systems through modifications and applications of evolving technology

  • Establish criteria for identifying and analyzing trends in Continuity exercises and planning, including emergency management activities and in measuring organizational effectiveness in achieving continuity objectives and goals

  • Develop policies for emergency planning, preparedness, and response and for COOP

  • Coordinate emergency management drills and exercises and training programs for BPA personnel

  • This position will sit onsite in Northern Las Vegas NV

Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree

  • 5-10+ years of experience with COOP (Continuity of Operations Plans)

  • Active Top Secret Clearance OR DOE "Q" Level Clearance

  • IAT III Certification (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • BS in Computer Science or Information Systems

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Nevada, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 113,325 to $ 188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
