The TMO Associate Analyst will align to one of the following areas: Business Project Management or Project Controller, Business Operations Analyst, Communications Specialist, or Business Systems Analyst.
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Project Management Analyst
Assist in execution of and provides support for multiple projects across numerous functional and technical units within the Firm.
Maintains, supports and coordination comprehensive, accurate project plans and schedules, and will be exposed to aspects of project management such as estimation, forecasting, planning, analysis, issue / risk / change management, escalation management, meeting facilitation, variance analysis, and status reporting.
Support internal PMO tasks.
Project Controller Analyst
Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts to project and track financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, etc.
Assist with tracks expenditures and perform the client bill and receivable collection functions
May be exposed to management of complex models to analyze project budget, forecast, and monitor firm key performance indicators.

Technology Management Office The Technology Management Office ensures a smooth, efficient, and fiscally-sound technology operation for ITS. This multi-disciplinary team runs IT as a business by transforming IT finance, reporting project portfolio metrics, quality, deployment, delivery, and adoption, and building the IT workforce of the future.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Video Production, or in a related field
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Analyst.
Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required.
Basic client interaction skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, peers, and clients. Possess excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, and follow-up skills required
Attention to detail along with deadline management are key
Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly in a deadline-driven environment
