Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Consultant

Requirements:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
At least 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel up to10%, on average, based on the work you do.
Should have team management skills and have led a team in previous client engagements.
At least 2-3 end to end Oracle Cloud integration projects as a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Developer
2-3 full implementations as a Project Lead
Expertise in two or more of the following HCM Cloud technical tools (HDL, Fast Formulas, BI reports, and/or HCM extracts)
Integrations experience using middleware.
Experience in HR processes, having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management and Time and Labor
Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Integration frameworks offered by OIC to integrate with Oracle HCM Cloud applications (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Compensation, Learning etc.
Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate Oracle applications and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance.
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution.
Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC integrations.
Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders, and writing technical design documents.
Must live in or within a commutable distance to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support.
Must have US Citizenship
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Integrations Certification
Experience with State/Federal implementations
