Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Establish baseline SLA s for MDM services and provide recommendations for remediation and improvements of current performance issues
Prioritize and execute on performance tuning opportunities and operationalize ongoing performance monitoring of MDM ecosystem to enable baseline service level thresholds
Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness
Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution
Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
5 years of full time experience with ETL / MDM tools and processes, preferably in technical environment involving 10 TB of data
5 years of experience in Informatica MDM with development skills in Informatica PowerCenter ETL mappings using Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, and Repository Manager
5 years of Informatica MDM (Hub and IDD) as well as experience with Power Exchange
Experience with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF)
Experience with source control systems and continuous integration tools
Experience interfacing with ESB s
Experience in backup repository and implementation migration to different environments
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
Travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Experience in proven methodology (Inman or Kimball) and appropriate data schema exposure (Star, Snowflake)
3-5 years of experience as database developer on data warehousing/database projects
Exposure with Oracle EBS solutions
