Finance & Enterprise Performance – Sr. Solution Specialist – USDC

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing and implementation of changes to the FCCS application in support of reporting initiatives and change requests

  • Manage and coordinate metadata updates

  • Maintain FCCS business rules, calculation, and aggregation logic

  • Ensure regular backups are maintained and available in the event system recovery is needed. Support system restores when necessary

  • Manage testing of system fixes, new releases/patch updates and enhancements

  • Development of all objects such as web forms, rules, reports, and task manager templates

  • Preparation of FCCS and ARCS for the monthly close process

  • Identifies, resolves and monitors issues related to FCCS and ARCS functionality

  • Assists with resolution of issues related to FCCS data interfaces, EPM Automate, loads and data mappings into/from FCCS/ARCS using Data Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable change management processes and procedures

Qualifications Required

  • 6 years of Consulting and/or industry experience

  • Hyperion EPM Consultant with experience with FCCS, ARCS, and Data Management to assist clients with Admin activities

  • Experience with FCCS, DM and ARCS

  • Ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge of Consolidation and Account Reconciliation process and tools (FCCS/ARCS)

  • Solid communication skills to manage client expectations during core business hours

  • Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
