Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Commercial Excellence & Experience in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Integrate business needs and technology solutions to meet clients technology and web solution needs. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions. Work with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy strategy, and design and implement custom application on Salesforce Force.com platform. Setup and configure Case management and Knowledge base to help Customers and Support agents to resolve Customer difficulties. Design and develop Customer and Partner communities. Build integrations to share data with external systems. Architect Salesforce org strategy, large data volume deployments, sharing model, data visibility, archival and retention strategies. Gather and develop business requirements using UML Use case, Sequence and Class diagrams and organizing Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions using JIRA. Develop custom application to serve business requirements on Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce and reusable Lightning component. Design and develop custom applications using Salesforce Lightning Design System. Design and build Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Quote process to support sales representatives for guided selling. Set up case management and self-service portal using Salesforce Service cloud. Develop Salesforce custom communities for collaboration between partners and customers using Customer, Partner and Salesforce Tabs and Visualforce community templates. Migrate legacy application data to Salesforce platform using Salesforce Data Loader. Design and develop Bulk API solutions for processing large sets of data using REST explorer in Workbench. Integrate external systems with Salesforce Force.com platform using REST and SOAP API s.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT, MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • One year of experience as a Solution Specialist, Module Lead, Tech Lead, or a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Gathering and developing business requirements using UML Use case, Sequence and Class diagrams and organizing Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions using JIRA;

  • Developing custom application to serve business requirements on Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce and reusable Lightning component;

  • Designing and developing custom applications using Salesforce Lightning Design System;

  • Designing and building Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Quote process to support sales representatives for guided selling;

  • Setting up case management and self-service portal using Salesforce Service cloud;
