Work you'll do
Utilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal, state, local and/or higher education clients to protect against digital identity risks.
Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.
Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.
Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

Responsible to design, install, implement, architect, configure and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Sailpoint, Okta or ForgeRock in a client environment.
Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Math or in other business-related fields.
3 plus years of experience with the following:
Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support Sailpoint, CyberArk or Okta integrations for various business functions.
Hands-on experience with Sailpoint IIQ with design, implementation, architecture, custom developing, and configuration.
Oversee other developers/engineers working on SailPoint, CyberArk or Okta and act as a project lead when required.
Install and configure SailPoint in on-premise IT infrastructure environment and integrate with Active Directory and application endpoints for provisioning and de-provisioning.
Design and configure workflows in Sailpoint, CyberArk or Okta
Use out-of-boxcapabilities and custom development to integrate SailPoint, CyberArk or Okta with systems.
Develop technical SDLC documentation.
Design & configure additional ICAM functionality such as access certification campaigns, role-based or attribute-based access control, etc.
Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions to business problems and work well within a team environment
Must have good communication and collaboration skills
Solid diagnostic, testing, and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship.
Travel up to 20%
Ability to obtain & maintain the required security clearance
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Previous identity analytics experience
Experience in consumer identity and directory services
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
3+yrs experience as a software developer focused on security architecture
Experience implement access control (SAML, OAUTH2, OpenID Connect)
Experience with data security and cryptography.
Experience with API Security, experience implementing NIST 800-53 controls
Preferred Certifications in one or more:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
