Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Transforming ways in which HR enables businesses and workforce strategies, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR and payroll-related technology solutions. Leading modules and work threads on implementation projects. Driving knowledge transfer and change management activities (assessments, analysis, recommendations) to help clients adopt new technologies. Supporting large technology engagements and leading project components, including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements collection and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and production. Assessing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for development work. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, participating in process design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box and end-to-end testing of software applications. Creating project charters, schedules and plans. Defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress. Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Configuring, testing and implementing PeopleSoft HCM Workforce Administration and Security modules. Configuring and rolling out Payroll Interfaces using PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Interface module. Developing batch processes, performing customizations and integrations and creating reports using PeopleTools, XML (Extensible Markup Language) Publisher, Integration Broker and SQR (Structured Query Report). Creating new security matrices and configuring AWE for Self Service HR transactions. Developing interfaces for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Base Benefit and Benefit Administration using PeopleTools and Oracle fusion technologies. Developing SQR reports to support business processes in payroll, benefits and HR. Designing and implementing application security for PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Configuring, testing and implementing PeopleSoft HCM Workforce Administration and Security modules;

  • Configuring and rolling out Payroll Interfaces using PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Interface module;

  • Developing batch processes, performing customizations and integrations and creating reports using PeopleTools, XML (Extensible Markup Language) Publisher, Integration Broker and SQR (Structured Query Report);

  • Creating new security matrices and configuring AWE for Self Service HR transactions;

  • Developing interfaces for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Base Benefit and Benefit Administration using PeopleTools and Oracle fusion technologies;

  • Developing SQR reports to support business processes in payroll, benefits and HR;

  • Designing and implementing application security for PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

  • 80% travel required.
