Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Technology, Systems Integration in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You ll DoDeliver and deploy custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, performance testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment. Work within an engagement team responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations. Work with an onshore and offshore development model. Implement standard methodologies including Peer Review Process, Test Readiness Process, Test Case Standards, and Coding Standards. Work with legacy systems on health insurance domains including Member Enrollment, Provider and Benefits. Mentor and train users through technical sessions on COBOL, CICS, DB2, REXX and JCL Programming Language. Utilize Mainframe tools including Endevor, Ezedit, INFOMAN, ICETOOL, DFSORT, File Aid, File Manager, Xpeditor. Conduct defect prevention meetings and tracking defects using IBM Rational Clear Quest. Research and implement automation tools and techniques to increase the efficiency of the product and decrease turnaround time for business processes. Write functional and technical system requirements, use cases, and create technical specifications. Analyze business requirements, create functional design specifications using JIRA, and manage requirements using Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Work with various development methodologies including Agile and SDLC, and creating Epic and Stories for Agile development methodology. Perform code review, review unit test scenarios, unit test case scripts, and data.
