Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Human Capital, Human Resource Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You ll DoDevelop enterprise-wide HR integration and separation efforts, including HR strategy, change management, organization design, and workforce transition procedures. Consult with clients to increase effectiveness and minimize costs of company's HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational changes for clients in a mergers and acquisitions environment. Advise on HR issues, including payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition systems and defining employee experience timelines. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and nurture day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Gather and analyze requirements and create, document, test and communicate integration standards for system implementations using Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools. Work with teams to convert customers' legacy system data into new systems by utilizing SQL Loaders and UNIX scripts. Write and execute test scripts, create reports, identify and log defects, communicate defect priorities, and resolve technical issues using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, including HP Quality Center (QC). Perform unit testing based on pre-defined test cases. Perform systems programming by utilizing Java, JavaScript, C, C , XML, XSLT and WebServices to format data according to client and third-party vendor requirements. Create proposals, work plans and timely reports on deliverable schedules and team progress using MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
