Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You ll DoDesign several strategies for HR management and provide detailed analysis on the strategies suggesting the best fit for efficient running of the HR processes. Consult with users, management, clients, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Design and code work on database, data access, business, UI and service layers, specifically .NET frameworks, C#, and Visual Basic .Net, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and MS Management Console libraries. Utilize object oriented design methodologies, real-time multi-processor system design, programming, reliability, and fault tolerance to debug and validate Kronos integration with external HR products. Develop new product lines to facilitate implementation and integration using Visual Studio, .NET framework, Microsoft Management Console libraries, C , Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC), C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. and Microsoft SQL SERVER. Support KronosStromberg and Kronos/Timelink Integrations using Kronos API, and build custom windows and web services and Internal Kronos web services around Kronos API, using Representational State Transfer (REST) and ASP.NET Web Service (ASMX) methodologies. Work with Extensible Markup Language (XML), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Services Description Language (WSDL) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in enterprise application designs with Microsoft Visual Studio, and write Windows and MSMQ services. Create and drop tables, stored procedures and DB administration, conduct maintenance and management writing and debug SQL Service Broker with Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle.
