Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Transforming the way in which HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR and Payroll-related technology solutions. Leading modules and work threads on Implementation projects. Providing weekly status reports, managing decisions, issues and action items for the work thread. Driving knowledge transfer and change Management activities (assessments, analysis, recommendations), to help client s adopt new technologies. Leading small teams, coaching and mentoring junior resources. Directing large technology engagements and participating in projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress. Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Tracking application defects using defect tracking tools, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details. Identifying and recording key deadlines for the workstream in the client engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties, and constructing a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve client goals whilst also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots. Utilizing Agile and Scrum methodology in order to manage project work streams. Acting as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, Career Development Planning, Succession Management, and Onboarding to solve client business problems through leading practices. Architecting end-to-end solutions using design thinking in order to transform client s HRIS landscape. Using SuccessFactors workbooks and tools in order to transform client s HR systems and processes for requirement elicitation, and impact and gap analysis. Conducting effort estimation and resource planning using SAP Activate PM methodology in order to manage project staffing and timelines. Aligning business processes and HRIS to leading industry practices to optimize talent and workforce management using design and project management tools including MS Project and MS Visio. Conducting design workshops to develop solution blueprints for integrated talent solutions using configuration workbooks and design tools including ThinkTank. Conducting test planning and defect handling using HP ALM in order to validate solution design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience as a Senior Solution Specialist, Senior Consultant, Project Engineer or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Utilizing Agile and Scrum methodology in order to manage project work streams;

  • Acting as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, Career Development Planning, Succession Management, and Onboarding to solve client business problems through leading practices;

  • Architecting end-to-end solutions using design thinking in order to transform client s HRIS landscape;

  • Using SuccessFactors workbooks and tools in order to transform client s HR systems and processes for requirement elicitation, and impact and gap analysis;

  • Conducting effort estimation and resource planning using SAP Activate PM methodology in order to manage project staffing and timelines;

  • Aligning business processes and HRIS to leading industry practices to optimize talent and workforce management using design and project management tools including MS Project and MS Visio;

  • Conducting design workshops to develop solution blueprints for integrated talent solutions using configuration workbooks and design tools including ThinkTank;

  • Conducting test planning and defect handling using HP ALM in order to validate solution design.

  • 15% travel required.
