Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Perform HR system implementations on various cross industry clients to support HR operations and functions. Design and implement workday processes in core HR, compensation, learning, talent and performance modules. Provide consulting services to clients with a focus on HR transformation to reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. As a part of a high performing team, deliver engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Develop programs, reports, smart forms and implementation of End-to-End ERP systems using systems, Applications and Products Advanced Business Application Programming (SAP ABAP). Assist in data migration from legacy systems to cloud systems through legacy system migration workbench tools. Develop, deploy and test functional module specific solutions by aligning to client requirements in workday application and ERP systems. Evaluate current system architecture to assess requirements for guiding clients towards building strategic HR solutions. Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and monitoring project progress using Gantt charts. Mediate between client and offshore teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and develop programs to implement technical solutions. Leverage HR domain knowledge for reporting purposes, and advising client teams regarding building structured reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Applications, Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Developing programs, reports, smart forms and implementation of End-to-End ERP systems using systems, applications and Products Advanced Business Application Programming (SAP ABAP);

  • Assisting in data migration from legacy systems to cloud systems through legacy system migration workbench tools;

  • Developing, deploying and testing functional module specific solutions by aligning to client requirements in workday application and ERP systems;

  • Evaluate current system architecture to assess requirements for guiding clients towards building strategic HR solutions;

  • 15% travel required.
