Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, DC Human Capital, HR Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Assist clients in addressing their complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes. Implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that will improve HR function s alignment to business objectives. Provide services in support of client s systems and business processes. Contribute to continuous development of various methods and tools for the successful realization of client s goals. Understand the business problems and propose solutions using technical analysis, experience, and judgement. Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions. Drive and support Workforce Management (WFM) package implementations through planning, requirement gathering, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing. Configure Workforce Management Softwares including Infor HCM to fulfill timekeeping, leave management, scheduling and reporting requirements of clients. Perform build, data conversion, and migration activities and code new interfaces using Java (J2EE, J2SE), Web services, and SQL programming languages. Define and build architecture for integrations connecting Time and Attendance systems with HR, Payroll, Benefit, Recruiting, Finance and other modules within the organizations with different ERP systems including Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft. Tune existing production reports and create new ones using different reporting tools including IBM Cognos Report net studio.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), CIS, MIS, or a related field.
Two years of experience in the above position, as a Team Lead or a position in a related occupation.
Must have two years of experience with:
Driving and supporting Workforce Management (WFM) package implementations through planning, requirement gathering, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing;
Configuring Workforce Management Softwares including Infor HCM to fulfill timekeeping, leave management, scheduling and reporting requirements of clients;
Performing build, data conversion, and migration activities and coding new interfaces using Java (J2EE, J2SE), Web services, and SQL programming languages;
Defining and building architecture for integrations connecting Time and Attendance systems with HR, Payroll, Benefit, Recruiting, Finance and other modules within the organizations with different ERP systems including Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft;

15% travel required.
