Work you ll do
Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
Support a flexible work schedule (to include nights and weekends on occasion).
Responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more Access Management products such as CA SiteMinder and Ping Access, Ping Federate and RSA AA server.
Work with application development teams to configure and deploy single-sign-on solution.
Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation including solution architecture, installation and configuration.
Identifying and fixing errors / issues with any of the solution components and conduct root cause analysis
Manage applications integrated with SiteMinder and Ping Access, Ping Federate for access management and single-sign-on.

2 years plus experience with installation, integration and deployment ofCA SiteMinder, CA Secure Proxy Server, Ping Access and Ping Federate servers
2 years of experience with RSA Secure ID and RSA Adaptive Authentication.
2 years of experience of installing, configuring and upgrading/migrating IAM components.
2 years of experience with configuration of Ping Access sites, policies, access rules, OGNL expressions and groovy scripts
2 years of experience with configuring Ping Federate adapters, adapter mappings and selectors and policies
2 years of experience implementing reverse proxy and web filtering tools such as Apache proxy and mod-security
2 years of experience with developing custom adapters/plug-ins using Ping Federate SDK and Ping Access SDK
Strong understanding of access management and web security concepts such as Single-Sign-On (SSO), Identity federation, Session Management, API security, etc.
Experience using Java, J2EE, Java Script, PowerShell, HTML and XML
Experience using open standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP and REST APIs.
Knowledge of basic security concepts including (encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS, identity and access management).
Knowledge of basic web infrastructure such Apache and IIS webservers, Tomcat & WebSphere application servers and Apache reverse proxy, mod security,
Experience in performance tuning and problem determination
Hands on experience with integration, troubleshooting, log analysis, break-fix of above mentioned products and services
Experience in performing log analysis using Splunk or Sumo Logic tools for troubleshooting user tickets.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post production support activities.
Understanding of service level agreements and prioritization of incidents/enhancements
Knowledge of Web Security software including: IBM WebSphere, JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, Active Directory, Azure Directory, UnboundID and databases, etc.
Extensive knowledge and skills in maintaining an access management/SSO system in a large, complex organization.
Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management forCA SiteMinder, Ping Access, Ping Federate and directory servers.
Experience in performance tuning and problem determination forPing Access, Ping Federate and SiteMinder infrastructure.
