Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for the client and team management including proactive value creation activities
Serve as a resource for the team who may execute individually assigned tasks
Responsible for defining, leading, and developing project tasks
Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
Help develop, train and mentor junior Kronos team members
Assist Service Offering Lead with project troubleshooting and/or team member problems
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Attend Global/Regional/Country Payroll project calls, as needed
Schedule and run regional payroll project calls, as needed
Project Manager for all countries within the region; traditional phased methodology project end-to-end
Responsible for coordinating cutover activities for all countries within the region including and up through operational readiness, for both operational cutover and through legal day 1
Work with other PMs within the region to secure deliverables and facilitate systems separation and operational readiness for the region
Prioritize and work with countries/multi-country project managers individually, as needed
Provide: Business analyst, Process lead, QA/testing support
Risk management planning, including action plans to move deliverables forward, and escalate as needed
Complete weekly regional dashboard reporting, monitor and update RAID log, escalate issues, as needed
Provide guidance to country testers leads in preparation for and during User Acceptance Testing
Coordinate and advise country testers within region: provide guidance, know when and how to get desired results in a highly stressful rapidly changing virtual environment
Monitor ALM test tool and run/analyze reports for execution and defects to monitor regional test plan
Help drive issues to resolution (Hands-on)
Ability to travel up to 20% annually
Requires relocation to Gilbert, AZ Mechanicsburg, PA or Orlando, FL
