Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Financial Oracle Consultant- Responsible for
gathering system requirements and articulating and documenting existing processes to translate requirements to a cohesive functional design.
Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite specifically finance modules and custom implementations is required.
Responsibilities include documentation, supporting testing efforts, conduct end-user training, and translating business requirements to technical design.
In addition, experience in participating and conducting client requirement and design sessions and working directly with development teams throughout the system development lifecycle is required.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
3+ years Experience with functional requirements, design, test, training, deployment support, and production support
3+ years strong Oracle E-Business Suite experience
3+ years of expertise in Core Financials (GL, Budget, AR, AP, SLAM)
3+ years Experience in full system-development lifecycle
Intermediate SQL skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be a US Citizen
Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areas
Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Inventory, Shipping, Order Management desired
Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, team-based environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical communities
Excellent written communication skills
Experience conducting end-user training
