Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Identify key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and propose solutions.

Manage work to work plans for components on engagements.

Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.

Technical design and development in Oracle Cloud (using Oracle tools like PL/SQL, Developer Suite, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Middleware etc.) to build FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow).

The Team

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy,through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

Professionals can expect to deliver heart of the business projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients enterprises.



Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Ability to conceptualize technical design options, identify the best option and complete the technical design specifications for the specific FRICEW objects based on Requirement.

Familiarity with Oracle suggested standards and approach for delivering the Oracle Cloud work product - FRICEW.

Experience on Cloud architecture in specific business area - Financials, SCM etc., as well as technical architecture.

Analysis and issue resolution capabilities.

Producing quality deliverable as per the software standards (CMMI Standards).

Ability to lead discussions with Business / Functional Consultants to clarify the functional specifications, build technical design requirements and explain the options clearly.

Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Functional business process flow knowledge in select areas (Financials / SCM / HCM) of specialization.

Should be able to create, modify and deploy BI Publisher reports on Oracle Cloud.

Knowledge of Cloud analytics and data migration tools like OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI.

Knowledge of REST APIs to access data stored in Oracle Cloud and to integrate with external applications.

Ability to build network and maintain good relationship with peers, team members and project leadership.


Knowledge on Oracle Cloud Reports & Conversions (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA or Orlando, FL area

Candidates must be US Citizens for this engagement

Candidates must have a current US Government Security Clearance OR be able eligible to obtain one.
