Work You'll Do

Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-bas ed tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

Identity and access management experience using IBM ISIM, ISAM, TDI, SDS, and TFIM Solutions.

Experience must include:

Designing and implementing role-based access control systems for role definition, identity auditing, and access c ertifications.

Conducting requirements gathering workshops and technical architecture discussions, and reviewing requirements and design documents;

Assessing clients' current system architectures and guiding client teams with design and development efforts;

Applying IT security, risk, compliance, and privacy concepts and principles, including automating user provisioning and de-provisionin g lifecycle, enabling password self-service, and implementing approval workflows, single sign-on solutions, user self-service solutions for access requests, role-based access control, and access re-certificati on;

Implementing IBM Security Directory Server (SDS) to enable identity and access management solutions and directory replication;

Integrating IBM ISAM solution authentication s, authorization, and audit logs with IBM QRadar Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions for event correlation and monitoring;

Implementing and customizing IBM Identity Management connectors, adapters, and solutions to create accounts in endpoint systems, including SAP HR, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Active Directory, Saba LMS, and LDAP systems, using supporting technologies, including WebSphere Application Server, Adapter Development Kit (ADK), DB2, IBM HTTP server, and Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI);

Implementing access certification campaign solutions to facilitate annual verification of user access and prevent access accumulation security risks;

Implementing lifecycle operations and policies using IBM ISIM for user identity lifecycle events, including new hires, terminations, rehires, and transfers; and

Implementing access management capabilities, including user a uthentication, authorization policies, and Single Sign On using IBM ISAM and Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM).
