The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• As a Full Stack Developer Consultant for our HR Transformation team, you will utilize your knowledge and experience of Full Stack Development to support Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting ServiceNow team. In this role you will:

• Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications under the guidance of experienced team members

• Participate in the rollout of new modules and enhancements to existing applications

• Provide initial technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications, escalating issues when necessary

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance ServiceNow skills and knowledge

• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in ServiceNow development

Qualifications Required

• 1+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience

• 1+ years of experience in Bootstrap, AngularJS, SQL, API, Cascading Style Sheets, HTML5, JavaScript, Agile Software Development Methodology

• Must have expertise in back end, server-side API's, integrations, client-side JavaScript, and databases

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline

• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance

Preferred

• Professional oral and written communication skills

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Angular, REST API, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)

• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
