Employee Benefits Consultant – Solution Specialist

Our US Delivery Centers have been growing since 2014 with significant, continued growth on the horizon. Our delivery centers are based in Mechanicsburg, PA, Lake Mary, FL and Gilbert, AZ.
Work you’ll do
As a Solution Specialist in our WT practice, you will:
Conduct benefit plan studies for a variety of public sector clients (federal, state, local and higher education organizations) focused on the range of employee benefits (e.g., medical, dental, paid time-off, employee recognition, tuition reimbursement, etc.)
Collaborate with project teams and clients to conduct health and welfare benefit prevalence, value and program design benchmark studies
Help clients participate in published surveys focused on benefit plan design
Assist with the preparation of client reports, including exhibits and summaries
On occasion, contribute to projects focusing on the design of employee benefit programs and their impact on total rewards
Conduct other general health and welfare benefit consulting activities, as required
Assist with day-to-day client account services
Help guide new staff on project work
At least 3 years of experience in health and welfare program management and administration in the public or private sector with at least 1 of those years working in the public sector, or an employee benefits consulting background working with public sector entities or private sector companies
Understanding of health and welfare benefit plan design and market trends for employee benefits
Knowledge of employee benefits surveys, the custom survey process, and general benchmarking techniques
Strong critical thinking and technical skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and follow through
Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision while still working as part of a team
Experience managing mid-to-large sized data sets
Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Limited Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
3 years of experience in public sector employee benefit projects, or
3 years of experience in a public sector employee benefits representative role or similar
