Work you'll do
The position will be focused on supporting Deloitte GPS (Government and Public Services) Federal practice in application development, infrastructure, solutions development, client projects as well as pursuits.
Strong RPA development and automation experience
In addition to hands-on technical work, this position will also require assisting project teams with planning, developing documentation, and guidance for system and environment improvements
Deloitte's Solutions Network (SNET) is a global network that connects Deloitte's solution centers, extended delivery centers, clients, and vendor partners. The primary focus of the SNET is to support client development projects, client pursuits, solution development, and practice development. The SNET does this by providing project teams with a hosted infrastructure that includes a large mix of ha rdware vendors, operating systems, and technical application expertise. The SNET also provides on-site technical architecture and application experts for Deloitte's clients.
The Solutions Network consists of experts with knowledge of all major package applications and technologies - Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, SharePoint, Automation, Machine Learning, Middleware, BI/DW, JAVA, .Net, Networking, SAN, Server Virtualization, Cloud, etc. SNET staff is exposed to new and emerging technology, and in many cases, serves as an R&D function for Deloitte.

US Citizenship to receive U.S. Government Top Security/Special Compartmental Information Clearance, or the ability to obtain these US government security clearances
Bachelor's Degree (Software/Computer Technology Field Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing customized solutions within the RPA platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
Identify opportunities for automation
Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.,)
Experience with process analysis, business and technical requirements, problem solving, system(s) testing and bug fixes
Work with clients and developers to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows and building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions and ensuring quality of the system
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking
Certification in any RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.,)
Developing templates or scripts to automate everyday developer or operations functions
Experience implementing systems or minimum knowledge using the Agile/Scrum methodology
Participation in the full software development life cycle (Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production)
Technical proficiency including systems maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solvin g skills, monitoring, performance measurements, change management as well as issue management in a multi-platform environment
Collaborate with business application owners to advance development of key market tools
Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal RPA instances
Knowledge of federal industry and developing processes and presentation material for federal and public sector related initiatives and special projects
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Prior consulting experience working on virtual teams and ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Ability to work with peers, clients and engagement teams on project assignments and work both independently and in a team setting
Self-motivated and proactive work approach
