Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Perform content metadata extraction, summarization and contract management leveraging an innovative cognitive data extraction solution
Support review activities among team members
Follow defined quality assurance and quality control processes and protocols
Work comfortably primarily on US business contracts and supply chain documents including but not limited to invoices, order forms, scopes of work, etc.
Provide summarization/abstraction of relevant/key/voluminous documents
Categorize extracted clauses based on client requirements

The US Delivery Center supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
BA/MA (English, Literature or Political Science) or BBA/BMS (Business Administration, Management Studies) with certifications in English, business, law or other commercial fields
1-3 years of contract drafting, review, management or related professional field
Understanding of basic contract/legal fundamentals
Troubleshooting basic technical issues and communicating to software improvement team for resolution
Independently able to identify and propose solutions for complex problems
Ability to develop and utilize structured templates and instructions to guide activities as appropriate
Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate team members/supervisors regarding project status & facilitate on-boarding
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software, MS PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando area
Previous work in commercial contract review and management preferred or as legal associate, legal assistant, drafting associate, law (llb or llm) desired
Demonstrate analytical skills in contract review with the ability to exercise business judgment
Understanding of legal and contract terminology
Tableau experience a plus
Experience and knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Mandarin) desired
