Workyou ll do
As a Solution Architect, youwill be responsible for providing best practice advisory services to functionaland technical streams throughout the solution implementation and ongoingsustainment. You will be a part of the design on the project and will assist indirecting the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design ofstrategic technologies during solution development. This role will build anddrive high performing relationships with strategic development partners toensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.
In an operational setting, youwill be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and reviewof all business process and system level changes as part of continual serviceimprovement. You will provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintainconsistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes inconjunction with maintaining the organizational roadmap for the solution while utilizingcurrent vendor solution capabilities and the product roadmap.

Our team of experiencedtechnologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspectsof today s business environment and focus on helping our clients shift fromfoundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner andcatalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transformthe workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service deliveryteams.
4 years of relevant ServiceNowIT consulting or industry experience
At least 3 years ofexperience managing large technology engagements
A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations
Demonstrated priorexperience in managing teams of 2 resources through design, development,and/or operations of complex technology environments
Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Ability to travel 80%
Bachelor s Degree orequivalent experience
Limitedimmigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to workindependently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
ServiceNow certification inone or more areas
Experience with XML, and SQL
Eagerness to mentor juniorstaff
An advanced degree in thearea of specialization
