Work you ll do

As a Solution Delivery Leader within our practice you will:

  • Lead the delivery of services across the Managed Service Portfolio Display both breadth and depth of expertise regarding functional and technical issues

  • Participate in pursuits to demonstrate our domain expertise and differentiation in delivery

  • Transition, on-board and deliver managed services accounts

  • Lead interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team

  • Responsible for the financial results of the portfolio as measured primarily based on revenue and margin

  • Manage team Key Performance Indicators to drive growth in the business

  • Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff

  • Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery issues including incident management, missed SLAs, customer concerns.

  • Develop and monitor Quality control processes for delivery

  • Provide support in proposals and RFPs

We collaborate with teams from across our organization in order to bring the full breadth of Deloitte, its commercial and public sector expertise, to best support our clients.   • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Accounting, Business, Finance or other Business-related field

  • 6 years of Forensic, Investigative, and/or Program Integrity related experience

  • 5 years in a technical or functional delivery lead role

  • Experience working with government and/or commercial health payers

  • Experience mentoring and coaching others

  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships

  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

  • Proven track record of consistently attaining revenue and financial targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role


  • JD or MBA

  • Led Program Integrity delivery using advanced analytics products

  • Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience

  • Experience with intervention techniques including soft notices, provider education, enhanced policy based edits, overpayment recovery, cost avoidance, member lock-in, and other.
